Yogaraj Guggulu: Ingredients, Indications, Dosages, Contraindications

  10. Gaja Pippali (Piper Longum)
  11. Amla (Emblica Officinalis)
  12. Ginger (Zingiber Officinale)
  13. Piper Nigrum (Black Pepper)
  14. Puskaramula (Inula Racemosa)
  15. Rasna (Pluchea Lanceolata)
  16. Ajwain (Carum Couticum)
  17. Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula)

Ayurvedic View:



  1. Rasa (Taste) Tikta, Katu, Kashaya, Madhur
  2. Virya (Action): Ushna
  3. Vipaka (Post-Digestive Effect): Katu
  4. Effect on Doshas : Balances Vata, Pitta (aggravate)

Indications:


  1. To rejuvenate and strengthen the skeletal and neuromuscular system
  2. In Pain with swelling of joints
  3. Muscular Spain
  4. To maintain normal and rhythmic moments of joints
  5. Acts a detoxifying agent
  6. In Rheumatoid Arthritis

Dosages


  1. 1/2 tab twice daily after food according to condition and severity
  2. Works better with Maha Rasnadhi Kwath (4 tsf twice daily with half glass of cool water

Contraindication


  1. Not indicated for pregnant women
  2. Those are having problems after taking this
  3. Having any hypersensitivity to any of the ingredient
