It is a disease of aged man, which is prevailing all over the world and
common in all sections of modern society. It is so common but unfortunately
always diagnosed after developing symptoms. It is commonly seen after crossing

structural change in the prostate gland due hormonal (decreased androgen level)

- Elderly persons having prolonged untreated BPH if
wishes to urinate in standing position then the stream used to fall in his
feet.
- You will not satisfy even after urinating.
- Always a feeling that you need to urinate.
- Always you will feel heaviness in your bladder.
- Dripping of urine is very common in elderly cases.
- Feels better while urinating if he stands.
- Disturbs night sleeps due to recurrent urges of
urination.

suddenly.

Home Remedies & Home Works
- Plenty amount of fluid orally (6/7 liters per day) and
it will reduce the concentration of waste products in the residual urine. Such
habit is also good for fighting against upcoming urinary tract infection.
- Practice for urination means always try to urinate as
much as you can and make it a habit.
- Make a habit of avoiding liquids at least one hour
before going to bed then it will not disturb you in sleep.
- Alternate hot and cold-water compression in the
bladder area that gives some relief.
- Avoid Alcohol as because it used to increase the
frequency of urination. So try to say tata to Alcohol.
- Ask your doctor or goggle regarding your medicines to
know that, whether they are renal toxic or not. Because in prolong cases
patients often suffers from hydronephrosis and in that condition taking of such
medicine will be harmful. Many modern and Ayurvedic medicines may be toxic to
your renal tissues.
- Take some luke warm water in a big sized bowel (Where
you can sit ) and then sit on that bowel the whole process known in medical
science as Hip Bath.
- Decoction of the bark of Varun (Crataeva nurvala) is
very effective in controlling the growth of Prostate.
- Curcumin is an anti-inflammatory agent that has been
shown to have potent anticarcinogenic properties, chemical found in Curcumin
slow the progression of prostate cancer by blocking the receptors, which
accelerated cell growth,
